Detailed Description I need a fence built around my block of land. I live in the Marriott Water Estate and there a building guidelines for a fence; 1.8m height capped fence Fence line can’t exceed building line. My block of land is a flat corner block, and I’ll be sharing the fence cost of two sides with my neighbours. My block is 36m long and 16m wide, with my house setback being 5.5m. You would most like have to go on site to get a more accurate measurement and to see if a fence can be built alongside the garage wall.
