A day's work/ 8 hours. The bidder needs to be familiar with the use of power tools. We can provide a 4-stroke petrol lawnmower with a catcher, a 2-stroke wipper snipper, rake etc, and a block splitter.

We require this job to be done once a month, i.e. we can offer this as ongoing work.

Adequate insurance coverage and proper safety gear is the responsibility of the winner of this auction.

Water access to property only - regular ferry (and water taxi) service from Church Point is available. We can also offer pickup by boat from Newport, Clareville or Bayview.
