Approx ~12m straight line but on a gentle slope.
Back of the property, no obstacle to walk on property ~40m from the street.
Terrain is mainly soil, sandstone on small stones can be found.
Please call a day before so I can remove the old wooden fence with minimum impact for the neighbour.
The neighour (pensioner) may refuse the quote if he deems the price too high (it happened already).
