    Require a 1.2mt high x 6mt clay seam @ rear of house - to be stabilised.
    We're on a slope, so surface water needs to pass thru.
    Considered gambion/ rock best. Any input..most welcome.

    Drainage ditch, with stormwater pipe to street, already constructed.
    Access 5 steps down a ladder.
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is looking for quotes for budgeting and planning at this stage only.
