Detailed Description please provide a quote to re-paint a family home currently rented by our office in Newport Beach. The home consists of 8 areas including 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 x bathrooms, 1 living area, 2 x hallways 1 x stairwell the tenants are in occupation and they have furniture that will need to be worked around or moved if needed the home is substancial in size but dont have exact sqm the colour would most likely need to be a sand, cream or off-white netural colour tba please note that we must only use licensed and insured tradespeople for our agency insurance requirements
