Detailed Description This job is painting one room in a house , interior only Size of room is approx 5 m x 4 m and includes 1 door , 1 window and one painted fireplace surround Current conditon of the paintwork is fine and there is little preparation or patchning to be done Requires 2 coats (flat plastic)to cver deep mid-blue on ing colour on walls. Fireplace surrounds, door and door frame and skirting boards are currently white semigloss and require 2 costs of off-white semigloss Room will be clear of furniture and rugs Dulux or similar premium quality paints must be used. Painter to supply all paints. materials and tools Room will be empty and floor is polished timber East access

Ceilings, Cornices, Doors, Skirting board, Walls, Window Frames
Required preparation: Removal of loose and flaking paint
