I need the following done to a house i am renovating

1/ IXL tastic and 2 down lights installed in each bathroom (2 rooms) to replace existing single light. Main bathroom to move switch from outside to inside bathroom. I will cut holes and position prior to job.

2/ Additional power point added to each bedroom (3) (if possible without major work, no ripping down walls etc)

3/ Replace single powerpoints with doubles (3 or 4 places)

4/ Install sensor light to replace existing lights, 1 front and 1 rear of house

5/ Add additional power point in garage near auto roller door, can be done with conduit off existing powerpoint.

6/ add additional telephone connection in upstairs room and replace downstairs plug with the mini size connector.

House has easy access to most areas as i havent moved in yet. Most work is upstairs but there is good access in the roof space and via the first floor roof if required.
