    Detailed Description
    We have a small backyard area, approx. 5mx6m that we want excavated to make it level with the house.
    It will require about 55 cubic metres to be removed using skip bins and labourers or conveyor belt and mini digger
    Has narrow side lane access.
    Will require retaining walls on 2 sides as 2 sides have already been lowered on the neighbors side.
    Will require relocation of sewerage, water and power to the granny flat.
    Will require a concrete slab 5mx6m
    If possible would also like to have back wall of house changed from windows to sliding doors. see photos.

    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is looking for quotes for budgeting and planning at this stage only.
