Enclose a verandah
Job No. 5143Buyer or bidder sign in for status update
Detailed Description To enclose a verandah with a frame, roof and windows. The verandah already has a concrete slab as the roof, this falls short on extending verandah width ie. only covers about half the width of the verandah. Therefore a roof has to be built extending from concrete slab roof to verandah edge [about 800mm] and extend with an overhang for a gutter. The length to be enclosed is about 4m. The enclosure required is just a frame and roof and, if possible, insert windows - no cladding required. I have windows to install and will organise cladding. So, frame needs to be of a height of about 2.4m and accommodate the windows that are about 1200mm high [french window style]. Roof preferred to be metal exterior [corrugated sheeting] with timber or metal framework so that gyprock can be attached internally. Installation of internal lining of roof not required. The buyer is ready to hire. The buyer would like this job to be done at some point between 15 Oct 2008 and 02 Dec 2008. Bid on this job Job is closed. |
