Plumber and electrician already contracted. We will do the painting ourselves.

This auction is about the installation of
- new walls: cement sheeting to be screwed on existing stud walls 2.4m high
- new ceilings: plasterboard fixed to new ceiling battens (about 7sqm), no cornice.
- new floors: fit fibre cement sheet to where the bath tub was originally located.
Waterproof membrane to be fitted to floor and walls.
Tiling of walls (from floor to ceiling; approx. 22sqm)and tiling of the floor (approx. 7sqm) with ceramic tiles.
Fit louvre window into existing wall. Fit door into new opening, including architraves.

We provide vanity, toilet, bath tub, tiles (floor tiles: 300x300mm; wall tiles: 300x400mm), window, door, grout, adhesives, and all bath accessories.
