    Hi,
    I need and existing exhasut fan in the bathroom replaced, it is a small wall fan situated in a window. I am happy to purchase the fan and just have someone install it.
    The flush mechanism is not working properly on the toiet. When the button is pressed it jars and the toilet continues to run with water. This too needs to be fixed.
    The buyer is ready to hire.
    The buyer would like this job to be done at some point between 01 Apr 2009 and 04 Apr 2009.
