    Detailed Description
    After high pressure wash I found that I need repointing and replace some cracked terracotta tile (I do have some spare ones)
    Also as an option I'd to stop lichen from coming back as well if possible
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
    The buyer would like this job to be done at some point between 29 Dec 2011 and 13 Jan 2012.
