    Detailed Description
    Hello, we want to demolish 2 internal load-bearing walls. We have one steel I-beam (left by a previous builder) but we suspect we'll need to have 2 fitted so we can demolish the walls (ourselves). I have added a scanned copy of the plans with arrows showing the walls that need to come down
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
