    Hi, We have a 3 bedroom house with one large living area/kitchen and another smaller living area. Job involves prep of all walls and all timber windows/door frames. All In pretty good condition already. To be painted all the same colour. (Only Interior of house. house is empty, bathroom not required to be done, possibly deluxe antique white USA,) bed1 4x3, bed 2 3x2.8 bed 3x.2.8, liv 1 9x6, liv 2 4x3 roughly. Needs to be done early to mid august!
    Items to be painted: Ceilings, Cornices, Doors, Picture/ dado rails, Skirting board, Walls, Window Frames

    Required preparation: Removal of dirt and dust, Filling of gaps and cracks, Sanding

    Required specialist service or finish: <N/A>

    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is looking for quotes for budgeting and planning at this stage only.
