    Detailed Description
    Exterior of amall chamfer board home on low stumps requires sanding and preparation for owner to paint. Excludes front stairs and back of home as they are already complete. All external surfaces (boards, fascias, windows and window sills) on front and sides of home to be included along with small metal awning over front door. Work to be completed ASAP.
    Items to be painted: Fascia, Guttering, Window Frames

    Required preparation: Removal of loose and flaking paint, Filling of gaps and cracks, Sanding
