    Detailed Description
    we have 270m2 of ceiling to paint, 2 coat white, half is brand new gyprock, the rest are old ceilings needing repaint. also 190 lineal metres of wall, all 2.4 high that need painting, 2 coats in washable paint, half of walls brand new, rest are repaint. finally 180 lineal metre of skirting to paint in gloss.
    we want a good finish so please allow for minor repairs if needed. we need quote to ask for finance. we have no idea what to budget for.
    Items to be painted: Ceilings, Cornices, Skirting board, Walls

    Required preparation: Removal of dirt and dust, Sanding

    Required specialist service or finish: <N/A>

    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is looking for quotes for budgeting and planning at this stage only.
