    Cap off water outlets and gas as required. No electrical works.

    Remove and dispose of:

    Gas Cooker
    Dishwasher
    Sink and fittings
    Tiles [app 5 m sq]
    Range hood
    Flourescent strip lamp
    Benchtops
    Floor/base kitchen cabinets

    Remove only and store on site:

    Wall cabinets.

    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
