The land is flat, clean topsoil. Length is approx. 22 meters. Easy access. Located in Marrickville, NSW. Not extremely urgent, say in the next two or three weeks?. There are a couple of trees but nothing difficult to deal with. I'm thinking in either colourbond or timber pailing. The decision here will be based on cost and the neighbours opinion/budget.
