Detailed Description Sloping block on south side,(will require block retainer possibly built to 5 blocks high with panels on top) to be back filled with some corner excavation with small excavator. Level block to the east is best suited to block peers (not pillars - all around) to 1.4 mts high with Aluminium panel inserts being 1.2 x 2.4mts. Approximately 40 metres total frontage. Fence will need raking/stepping down from corner to retainer block wall. Excavate section on east facing fence line to prepare four deep steps down to main door entrance from letterbox (steps to be paved and already purchased) A few small trees may need to be moved, however not initially Good access for trucks to park on verge of both corner accesses Excavator could encounter some rock, but may be only small. Could be left as features if so.
