Picket Fence and gate replacement

I also need the larger side gate that leads to the rear of the property replaced. Both the old fence and side gate are starting to rot away. This is an investment property, so I'm not looking for the Rolls Royce of fences, but I don't want a shoddy job either. The fence should be erected already (pink) primed so i can paint it later. The current old fence stands about 1.2 meteres tall and the length of the fence would be approx 7 metres. The side gate stands approx 1.8 metres tall and is only a metre wide (approx) The house is a single fronted Edwardian in Thornbury area of Melbourne. There is a slight slope on the front boundary. Access is good. I will also require the old fence to be taken away.
