    Detailed Description
    Clean up and removal:
    1. It is required to scrub old died lawn
    2. Remove old pathway (approx 9 400x400mm concrete tiles)
    3. Level the ground surface, as it is slightly bulgy in the centre

    Install:
    1. Lay new pathway 7.5m x 0.7m concrete tiles or bricks, either one with good edging
    2. Lay new lawn approx 65 sq. m. (same type as at neighbouring houses)

    Refer to attched drawing and photos for area size and details.
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
