1. general cleanup of backyard (8m x 18m)after a renovation. Almost all the reno stuff is gone but a few bits and pieces still lying around, so need to be able to haul it to a tip. Need to lay approx. 20m2 of bricks as paving, so will need to get crushed rock and sand for screeding. Bricks we already have. Also need to sort out "lawn" or what's left of it. Either put down new lawn or put down mulch. Pruning also needed. Also need a side and front fence (approx 10m x 2m high) put up using timber posts and blue board cladding. I'll pay for all outgoings, all you need to give is an hourly rate.
