Art Deco Style Gate Pillar for driveway

I'm looking for a brick layer who can build 2 Gate pillars (art deco style, picture attached below) rendered. Design to allow for light to be fitted on top per picture. Gate pillar will be fitted with wrought iron electric gates afterwards. Dimensions approx 1.8-2M tall and width (double the standard width size of gate pillars, refer to picture, please recommend width). Easy access to gate. Driveway is gravel, there's nothing there currently. Driveway is flat. Please quote render as well. All options will be considered. E.g. Brick and Render or Hollow Moulding to be filled with Cement then rendered, etc.. Please advise what the best solution is to create such a pillar. Quote to include installation.
