    Detailed Description
    We have just bought a house (but do not move in until Mid Feb). It is a double storey home. Downstairs is a brick veneer 1975 home and upstairs is a 2002 weatherboard extension.

    So that we can commence renovating the kitchen and fixing the floors we need to first knock down a wall in the lounge/kitchen. It is a 250mm thick brick wall. See the image attached below. We would like to knock down the whole side with the archway and a portion of the left adjacent brick wall also (preferably up to the base of the stairs.
    Directly above this wall is the upstairs major bedroom)
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
    The buyer would like this job to be started after 13 Feb 2010.
