    Detailed Description
    prepare site, supply and lay medium grade turf.
    the site is currently treed and mulched. the trees are to be cut down and stumps ground / removed (quotes being obtained). the area to be turfed is easily accessible and is bounded by an asphalt driveway on three sides with a boundary fence on the fourth.
    area is approximately 30 metres x 30 metres, around 900sqm in total.
    job planned for mid / late december.
    The property is being prepared for sale.
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is looking for quotes for budgeting and planning at this stage only.
    The buyer would like this job to be done at some point between 07 Dec 2010 and 24 Dec 2010.
