The problem is that when it rains, run off from my block and the 2 higher blocks to my right floods the neighbour The 2 ideas invovle retaining the whole backyard down 1 side raising and flatten out the block which is approx 41m at 600mm high keeping 1.5 off the fence line OR cutting into the land @ front corner of the house lowering the land ( as that is the worst section for slope) and gently sloping with natural fall and part retaining close to the front which would be approx 10m - 15m @ 800mm high Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment.
