    Detailed Description
    We are movong into a new home and I wish to remove the carpets in the following rooms with dimesnions in brackets and sand and polish floors:
    - Family room (6m x 4m)picture attached
    - Bed 1 (4m x 3.6m) - picture attached
    - Bed 2 (3m x 3.6m)
    - bed 3 (4.6m x 3.7m) may also include robe 3m x 1.5m picture attached
    - hallyway (approx 5m x 1m)

    The house is an old cottage at the front with modern extension in back so I am unsure if all rooms have suitable boards. I site inspection will be arranged for w/c 30th Jan so successful supplier can view porperty and access suitability for sanding. Pls note it may be that the job does not progress if floor boards unsuitable for sanding.
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
    The buyer would like this job to be done at some point between 20 Feb 2012 and 22 Feb 2012.
