    Floor boards are cypress
    No nails/staples to be removed or punched
    All furniture/fixtures will be removed
    Finnish required: Black with a satin sealer.
    Half of the Floors previously sanded and stained simmilar colour by previous owner however not a profesional finnish of sealed.
    Will pay Cash on completion
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
