I'm seeking quotes to have a timber deck built in my backyard. Currently, a small area is paved, and a single brick step leads out from the kitchen area.

I'd like the deck to be built bridging that height difference (of ca. 22cm), and to increase the area usable for entertaining (bbq, table, chairs) to about 20sqm. In addition, I'd like a single step to be built leading on to the grass area (along the length (550cm) and near the garage (300cm)) - this should add another 2 sqm if a step depth of 22mm is assmumed.

No railing required!

Ready to hire now, however, 2nd family addition is due in 4 weeks, so have to play it by ear!
