End of lease carpet cleaning in two residences

Detailed Description We are moving house on 10.1. in the same suburb. We need carpet cleaning in both houses. The first house has carpet in the living room and three bedrooms (about 100sqm). The second house has got one large master bedroom and two very small bedrooms plus a couple of rugs in the living room. Both jobs could be done on the same day, i.e. 11.1.2011. So I need a quote for the whole lot. The cleaning needs to be done environmentally friendly/ no chemicals. The properties are both on Scotland Island (waterfront). I will provide transport by boat (it is a large boat with canopy so there is plenty of space and protection for the tools). It is a five minute boat trip from Church Point (2105) or Taylor's Point (Clareville). It is a 30 second walk from the jetty to each house. Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire. The buyer would like this job to be done at some point between 11 Jan 2011 and 15 Jan 2011. Sorry, buyer did not provide any images.
