    Old upright piano, a few broken keys and out of tune. Needs some work. Needs to be removed from a garage and disposed of. Has potential to be refurbished. Garage is up a short driveway but not very steep. Piano is on wheels.
    Supplier to provide all materials/ equipment. The buyer is ready to hire.
