    The vertical edging around one side of the house is rotten and coming away. It needs to be replaced. The job is inspection and replacement. If water ingress started the problem then attention is required there too. Painting is not required.
    The replacement timber will need to be hardwood. The affected strip is at least 3m long (to be confirmed).
